Jun Ji Hyun’s hollywood debut is a remake of the anime
Blood: The Last Vampire. Everyone is calling this Jun Ji Hyun’s big U.S. Hollywood,
but there is still no word on a release date in the U.S. and as of yet there doesn’t seem to
be a U.S. distributor tied to the film. The film opens in France in July, this is known
because Pathé is a big financier of the film (somehow connected to the director being French?).
Release dates for the rest of Europe and Asia are speculated to be in the late Summer/Early Fall.
Still no word on U.S. release though. Will Jun Ji Hyun’s big debut be a disappointment or even
exist at all?
